Our abundant amenities include a catch and release fishing pond for residents, basketball court, pickle ball court, two dog parks, and a large, enclosed children’s playground with a zip line. Our bright and open community center is also the home office and includes a meeting and party room, 2 kitchens, and an outside picnic area for residents to enjoy.
Our homes include a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer connections. Each site comes with a 2-car parking pad, 8×16 ft deck under a 20 ft awning with storage underneath. Our maintenance team takes care of all the beautiful landscaping in the community including the home lots; that are equipped with in ground sprinkler systems.
